Conservatives make the poor pay

The conservatives on Council moved for Council to adopted the Ad Valorum with a Base Rate structure whereby people with expensive properties will pay less and people with less expensive properties will pay more.

Note: When put to the meeting Councillors Osborne, Crakanthorp, Jackson and Claydon wished their names recorded against having voted for the motion.
